Acceptance of Terms. By using https://loscompashauling.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes Furniture Moving, Piano Moving, Appliance Moving, Loading Services, Unloading Services, Commercial Moving, Residential Moving provided by Los Compas Hauling. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Los Compas Hauling (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Warranty Disclaimer. Los Compas Hauling makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Damages. Los Compas Hauling is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Los Compas Hauling from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. NV law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NV.
